About Ross
Ross Parkinson is a practitioner of Classical Japanese Acupuncture with a deep reverence for the ancient traditions that have shaped healing across time. His treatments are precise, intuitive, and anchored in a clear understanding of the body’s subtle energies. With each session, Ross brings not only technical skill, but also a grounded presence that invites clients into a space of clarity, calm, and renewal.
What sets Ross apart is the way he sees the world. With a lifelong fascination for ancient history, metaphysics, and philosophy, Ross draws on a wide field of insight that allows him to recognise patterns - both physical and energetic - and support clients in resolving issues at their root. His approach to acupuncture is shaped by a keen analytical mind, deep empathy, and a gift for translating complexity into simplicity.
Ross’s path into the healing arts was a natural evolution from his background in Kung Fu and Qigong, which first opened his awareness to the intelligence of the body and the flow of Qi. Over time, this became a calling to help others navigate their own healing journeys with authenticity and purpose.
He holds a Bachelor of Health Science and trained under the lineage of Master Ikeda Masakazu in Classical Japanese Acupuncture. His treatments combine fine needles, moxibustion, cupping, and Acutonics in a gentle yet effective style that rebalances the nervous system and awakens the body’s innate capacity to heal.
For Ross, healing is not just about symptom relief - it’s about remembering our connection to nature, to timeless wisdom, and to the quiet strength that lives within each of us.
